Ngai Keung Metal & Plastic Manufactory Limited (NK) was founded in 1955 and incorporated in 1971.
NKOK, Inc., an affiliate company of Ngai Keung Metal & Plastic Manufactory Limited, was established in October 1998 as a distribution and marketing center for US licensed products, especially in the remote control category.

Since its establishment, the Company has been an OEM manufacturer for many well-known brand-names. The company was certified with ISO9001 standard in 1998 with the scope of registration: design and manufacture of radio-control toys, printer and speakers.

• Over the decades, NK has emerged as one of the leading sewing machine manufacturers in the toy industry. Today, there are more than twenty (20) models of sewing machine in the product-line including chainstitch and lockstitch. The total quantity shipped has exceeded 40,000,000 units.
